Uninstall the device, reboot, then reinstall. Also make sure you have the latest drivers from the tuner manufacturer. Follow the installation instructions they provide. Other than that, click Start, Run and enter SFC /SCANNOW to start the System File Checker. Another option would be to use System Restore to restore back to a point before the problem occurred.
