Have you waited about a 1/2 day and tried again? Sometimes, the guide
provider has problems and it could take a little while to get fixed.
Since it started to download, it sounds like there was some form of
connection failure (your modem or their site) for your dial-up connection.
For being behind ISA, i am not sure of the issue as I haven't had my MCE
computers behind an ISA server.
