Are you looking for msconfig.exe? That application allows you to control
what programs begin automatically at computer startup. Run msconfig.exe and
go to the startup tab. Remove the check from any program you don't want to
start automatically with windows. Apply your changes when done. The first
time you reboot after doing this you will be notified that you have modified
the startup programs. You can choose not to be notified again and then
click OK.
