You are actually supposed to enter the error from the Media Center system that
has the problem with the EPG. You enter the details on the web page & then it
generates an error report pop-up window that sends other details from your
machine to Microsoft.

I rebooted the MCE machine & was able to successfully log the errors. The EPG
still has all these errors this morning. It looks like I will have to cancel a
number of scheduled recordings & enter manual recordings for the correct
channel. Of course if in the meantime the guide gets corrected I will still end
up recording the wrong channel:-)
