I just recently replaced my TIVO with xpMCE and one of my biggest
complaints is keypad text entry method used to search the Guide. In
TIVO searching the guide was much easier! Trying to search the Guide
with MCE is like trying to type SMS messages on a cell phone, it just
sucks! One of the biggest problems with this form of text entry is
when you are eatching TV in a dark room and you can't see the letters
on the keypad.
Does anyone else not like this form of test entry? Has anyone found a
way to modify MCE to use a simple minikeyboard-type of entry instead
of the keypad?
