Hi, try this:
Launch WinDVD4.
Go into its settings.
Find the "Use hardware video acceleration" option (or something similarly
worded).
Make sure it is checked.
If it is alread checked, uncheck it, hit ok, exit the program, relaunch the
program and recheck that box. Ensure that that video acceleration option is
checked.
