Unfortunately MCE does not support what you want to do. There is a Knowledge
Base article which explains what is & what is not possible with multiple
monitors. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=830851
As you have already discovered the nVidia software almost gets around all the
problems but the definitive fix needs to come from Microsoft.
