Sorry for the lack of info. The program was the Interactual player that
tries to install with all comercial dvd movies. Probably is not the
problem. The debuggers fail to point out the problem (to me) I use the
Visual Studio.net debugger and the .Net 1.1 debugger. The unit is the HP
M385c with added memory. The fault lies in "ehshell.exe" or is pointed to
from there. The default players (Media 9 and WinDvd) all work well. The
media center appears to be part of the MS system, so...I hate to do it, but
I will re-install. Thanks for your help!
