I had this problem once before and I can't seem to find now where I found
the
answer. System is XP SP3. From within My Documents, selecting an image and
then "email" opens the option to reduce photo size or send original. That
part is OK. However on selecting to reduce photo size the Outlook Express
box
then fails to open. It was a registry tweak but I forget now what it
was....
