Whatever's not working, it is not true that you can no longer access a free Hotmail account in OE.

Can I delete Outlook Express and re-install? I had Comcast
broadband and it
was linked to that but now I have Qwest. I use Hotmail.I can
compose and send
but it never sends. It just sits in my out box. I hit
send/receive but it
goes nowhere. It just sits there waiting. I would like to make
OE my mail
client again.
