1. Uninstall any/all Norton applications and LiveUpdate via Add/Remove Programs.
2. Run this removal tool: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
3. Your machine is running outdated and much less secure versions of OE, IE and Windows. Go to Windows Update and install all critical updates ASAP.

power. I've run antivirus programs (Avast, and Norton) and not finding
