Was the counter at 9 before you reset it to 0? If so that sounds like
some security program on your PC preventing the the registry edits from
sticking.

ZA Pro 4.5.538.001 has been on the machine for several years and has

perfectly. This is definitely an SP3 problem and I'm not going to go
