The proper method is to take the dbx files from the one machine and copy them ALL to the hard drive on the new machine. Select all of them and then go to Properties and ensure that the readonly attribute is cleared. Then in OE go to File | Import | Messages and select OE5 format and then choose to import from a directory. Then point the browse option to the directory of dbx files.
If you try to do it another way, you may succeed, but you will likely wind up with a corrupt message store that will self-destruct one day and all your messages will be lost. This feature is due to the instability and fragility of the OE message store.

For the new account, it contains a list of Inbox, outbox files, if I replace
those files with existing on new account, what will happen?
