I am running Vista on a new machine... With outlook.... I have sent an
email to a computer running XP with an olderversion of outlook... I
am unable to open attachments sent via word... I get an error message
saying
Run time error! Program c:\Proram File microsoft/office/
office10\wwordext
abnormal program termination

I have downloaded a program from microsoft that allows to run newer
proggms on the pc, still I can not open the ms word attachment... I
get that error. Please Help

You can't possibly have an Outlook Express problem on Vista besides being unable to install it.
