Thanks again. But how is a Print Screen going to save individual names and
email addresses when only the name will show on the screen?

This may be a little crude, but how about a Print Screen? To make it
easier, download this freeware program.
PrintKey:
http://www.freewareweb.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?ID=292
With this tool, you hit Print Screen on your keyboard and then Rectangle
will let you outline only what you want to save easily. Then Save it to a
folder.
You can also raise your screen resolution temporarily to get more in the
screen capture.

Ron, thank you. However, this does not allow me to copy those addresses
in my specific Group that do not also appear in my Address Book. I want
to copy all addresses in the Group (apx 100). Those in my AB I can copy.
Appreciatively, Fran

Addresses, View, check Folders and Groups.
Highlight the group in the Folders and Groups (left) pane.
Highlight the names in the right pane, Copy.

Bruce, thanks for your reply. However, OE will not let me copy these
names in my Group. I click on Addresses>Group>One name in group>right
click>copy and when I right click & paste into Notepad...nothing.
Is there another way to "save" this Group. Fran

I print Groups like this, but the names are in the address book as
well. You will have to try it to see if it works.
Open the group and highlight all the addresses | Right click and Copy.
If you Paste into Notepad or any word processing program, the
addresses will all be on the left side of the page and use up a lot of
paper. I have Word Perfect. If I widen the left and right margins to
.5 and the select Format and choose three columns, when I Paste
Special, the whole page is used as the addresses are in all three
columns.
Use the Two Side option when printing to save even more paper.

Is there a way for me to somehow save and/or export to a text file
contacts
(including their email addresses) within a group (under Main
Identity's)
that are not members individually in my Main Identity's contact list?
All
help is appreciated. Thank you in advance. Fran
