I print Groups like this, but the names are in the address book as well. You will have to try it to see if it works.
Open the group and highlight all the addresses | Right click and Copy.
If you Paste into Notepad or any word processing program, the addresses will all be on the left side of the page and use up a lot of paper. I have Word Perfect. If I widen the left and right margins to .5 and the select Format and choose three columns, when I Paste Special, the whole page is used as the addresses are in all three columns.
Use the Two Side option when printing to save even more paper.

(including their email addresses) within a group (under Main Identity's)
that are not members individually in my Main Identity's contact list? All
