: : :
: : : Our ISP says the problem is with Outlook Express or the antivirus

: : : be here and not with our ISP. But we have no idea what else to

: : :
: : : Is there any setting in Outlook Express that might cause this

: Centurytel is my ISP and I am connected to the internet through them.

Here's a work-around
Get a gmail address and set it to autoforward to your longshadow address
so that all mail that arrives at gmail goes to
longshadows@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx When you want to send an email to yourself,
use the gmail address. That way your isp will see an email arriving
from gmail and not from langshadows@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx .

Larry

Thanks for the suggestion Larry. We do have a hotmail account which we are
already using as a work-around. We were hoping to find a fix so we wouldn't
have to work around the problem.
