Thanks for the quick response, but I called my ISP, and they advised that I
unsubscribe and then subscribe again. That didn't work. But I tried it
again (but rebooted in-between this time), and it seems to have fixed the
problem. PITA way to do things (i.e., losing Flags and Watched
Conversations), but it worked, so I can't complain.

For future reference, though, perhaps you can advise me re: an easier fix if
it happens again? The NG is alt.support.sleep-disorder, and my news server
is news.commspeed.net. Thanks.
