Can't print in OE

I try and print an e-mail message in OE and I get the following
Script error:

res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Searching for a way to fix this problem, all I find is a reference
to a program called Surfairy that is causing the same type of
error.

I've done complete scans with my Anti-virus, Adware, and
Spybot which are all clean.. I've done a search for Surfairy..
Nothing.

I've run some suggested scripts in Run and nothing has worked.

I downloaded and installed Mozilla and Thunderbird and they
both work fine.

I would just like to know what is causing the problem and find
out how to fix it. I've had two disastrous experiences trying
to download and install IE 7 so I'd rather not try that again..

I'm running WinXP SP2.

I'm getting a new Vista system but would like to clean up this
problem before I give my computer to my niece..

HELP!!!! :)

Jack
