Problem while replying to all

OE6.
When a user in my office uses 'Reply all' to messages having multiple
recipients, all recipients are listed in the reply being created; however, if
two specific recipients exist in the incoming message, these are NOT found in
the 'To', 'CC', 'BCC' fields.
Specifically, if a mail in INBOX was addressed to A,B,SP1,SP2 is selected for
ReplyAll, only A,B are listed in the reply being created.
This problem appears to be only for the addresses SP1 and SP2.
I could not find any reference to such a problem on the Net.
Any advice?
Mohan
