Are these spam messages? Can you receive regular mail? Send a test to
yourself and see what happens. Irregardless, do the following for starters.
Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Uncheck: Leave a copy of
messages on the server.
Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer
of protection that eats up CPUs, slows down sending and receiving, and
causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes
and has even been responsible for lose of messages. Your up-to-date A/V

Recently someone has been sending me emails that have invalid addresses
and
my Outlook Express cannot download them. Online I am able to delete them
but
immediately I seem to receive another as I need to be able to download,
please help. Onetel is my provider. Thanks.
