Re: Reply toolbar disappeared

You will have to go to the Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs to get rid of the Google bar.

Your ISP may only allow four accounts, but not identities. They wouldn't even know how many you have. You are not changing your e-mail address.

Also, your posts a garbled. Are you writing them in Word and then pasting them in here? Write them in the composition window. In Tools | Options | Send | News Sending Format | Plain Text Settings, set it to MIME / None.

Thank you very much Bruce, Iâ?Tll follow your advice for my damaged identity by
creating a new one, but Iâ?Tll have to ask my servers for permission to use
(temporarily) a 5th identity as they allow me only 4 and are pretty mean
about itâ?¦ :o)

Popup problem: I was told by MS forum to get rid of this feature I have with
Googlebar that catches suspicious popup ads (which appears as a yellow band
below the IE address window) because it may be whatâ?Ts blocking my ability to
post, so I immediately closed that feature but didnâ?Tt help.

Iâ?Tll read al the links you sent me and will start trying out things to cure
my problems, hopefullyâ?¦

Thanks again, Adela

P.S. How can I expand the width of the box at the right hand side on this
website, since some lines go beyond the right margin and in order for me to
read it all I have to copy it and post it in my Word to read... Thanx!

P.P.S. Now that I have your forum in my OE, will I be getting your answers
there?

The toolbar problem indicates a damaged identity especially if it is the
default Main Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one
and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book
from the old identity and delete it.

I have no idea what the popup problem is. You will have to be more explicit
about that. Maybe the new identity will cure that as well.
