Outlook Express will not start up. Keep getting message "Outlook express has

Error report opens with the following :-

AppName: msimn.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: msls31.dll
ModVer: 3.10.349.0 Offset: 0000db94

Need I add an EMail answer is not practicable under this situation.
Booted up this morning OE back on, no doubt later it will fail this has been
the pattern for the last fortnight
