That is, clicking on a mailto link on a webpage opens a new message in
OE.
But I had problems understanding 2a. Under file types, I have an entry
for
Extension: URL File Type: Internet shortcut.
Should I create a new one with Extension URL:Mailto Protocol ? That
does not seem to be an "extension" like the others listed under "File
Types".
Maybe I should just ignore it since things are working correctly?
