I don't think there is an antispam program that works well with OE.

Anyone know how to set up the anti-spam so it actually works? I still get mail through with words in the title that are in the blacklist and it sometimes pushes mail into the 'spam' folder that has 'white list' phrases in the title. Seems to be very random in operation
