Another option is to switch to read in Plain Text mode in Tools,
Options, Read, Read all message in plain text. If already viewing the
desired message, you'll need to switch to another message then back for
it to take effect. The Image or music file should now appear as an
attachment that can be saved.

I received an e-mail with photos embedded in the e-mail, not as
attachments.
I right-clicked on the first photo and select "Save picture as..." and
then I
get this pop-up: "The system cannot find the file specified". Any
idea how
I can separate these photos from the e-mail and save them separately
to as
