Well sir,
I have to say I feel like a complete jack ___
I now have the "Insert" feature to use per your suggestions.
Thank you for the help!

OE isn't smart enough to change the Signature when you change the FROM
selection.
What you need to do in Tools, Options, Signatures is uncheck Add
signatures to all outgoing messages.
Then after you start the message and change the FROM, use the Insert,
Signature. Note, you must have the cursor in the message body where you
want the signature to appear.
