Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Michael:

Thanks very much for your reply. I did just install IE7, but your solution
doesn't work. The attachments aren't highlighted either in the e-mail
message or when I switch to plain text) so I can't save them. Maybe some
fluke in the Adobe and Kodak programs that were used to send them. Make it a
great day. Julie

Have you recently installed IE7? Some IE7 users are seeing similar
problems.

As a workaround, you can switch to read in Plain Text mode in Tools,
Options, Read, Read all message in plain text. If already viewing the
problem message, you'll need to switch to another message then back for
it to take effect. Then the pictures will appear as attachments and you
can do File, Save Attachments.

My intention was to get an honest answer to an honest question--not to
spam.
That signature line pops up when I post. I didn't notice it on my
first
post. I apologize.

I'll try again!

The pictures I cannot right click on and save are sent to me using
Adobe
Photoshop Elements 4 and Kodak Easy Share. Prior to the last two
e-mails I
received with photos, I was able to right click and save these photos.
However, now I'm receiving an error message that says: "cannot find
file
specified". Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to why I now
can't
save these photos to My Pictures?

All of a sudden I'm getting the error message "cannot find file
specified"
when trying to save photos in e-mails in Outlook Express. Any
suggestions on
how to correct this?
