There's no way to create a rule in OE to stop messages where you are one
of several people in the TO line (multiple names).
But you can catch messages where the sender used BCC which is how you
get messages where your e-mail address is not in the TO (partial
matches, blanks)
You can create the rule where the TO (and CC if you want to allow
senders to CC you) does not contain your e-mail address, delete from
server (if you want to never see them) or Delete it and stop processing
more rules (in you would like the messages to go to the Deleted Items
folder where you can review them to see if anything of value is getting
caught). And make this the first rule.
However, if you are on any mailing lists that you want to receive, they
generally use BCC. In that case you'd need to create a rule based on
the FROM the list uses or the Subject if it puts some id in the subject.
Place the rules before the above one with a Stop Processing more rules
action.

Does anyone know a rule I can poput in so I only get mail with my
EXACT address only; no
multiple names, partial matches, or blanks?
Thanks!
