Re: How to access my dbx files

Bruce,
There never has been a + sign in front of the GUID.

Bobbi,
You are looking in the wrong folder. You are in
C:\Documents and Settings\Bobbi\Application Data\Identities\{4E3.....A2CB}

You should be in
C:\Documents and Settings\Bobbi\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{4E3.....A2CB}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

After \Bobbi, you should go to \Local Settings.

I remembered that another poster had the same problem.

I

: Create a new identity and see if you can navigate to the message store

:
: Identities do become corrupt, especially the default main identity, but
this
: is a little strange, even for Outlook Express.
