Switch to Read all messages in Plain Text before opening the message to print it. (Tools | Options | Read). Or, forward the message to yourself.

Thanks for responding - but this does not seem to work either - any other
suggestions?

While viewing a message in the Preview Pane, click on the Information Bar
just above the message to highlight it blue and then click Print.
This is the bar that contains To, From & Subject etc., but /not/ the Columns
Bar above the message headers.lately when I print some e-mails (not all) the header (ie. To, From,
Sent,
Subject) does not print out - how do I fix this?
