Outlook or Outlook Express?

I don't mind them keeping it there, but for some of these people, when I setup a new logon name to the same mail account the Outlook program is somehow reset and does not know that it already has months of emails in its account. ... I am getting tired of waiting hours for downloads to propogate fully when a simple setting change somewhere may prevent the wait and need to use Dupe remover. ... If people have web access to their mailboxes on the server, they can connect that way, create a new folder, move their old messages out of the mailbox's Inbox to that folder, and then Outlook can't see them any more. ...
