searching on the Message-ID string, so it is usually a good idea to include
that when you refer to another post.

Well, OE indeed can't but IE (Internet Explorer) can tell OE to
display the article. I.e. putting this

news:1kw9z3llqlnr6.dlg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

in the "Address" field of *IE* and pressing Return will cause *OE* to
display your article.
