Re: LOCATION OF THE BLOCKED SENDERS LIST AND MESSAGE RULES?

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

1.. Close OE and then In Regedit, navigate to this key:

|--HKEY_CURRENT_USER
|-----Identities
|--------{GUID}
|-----------Software
|--------------Microsoft
|-----------------Outlook Express
|--------------------5.0

where GUID is the Global Unique IDentifier for your Identity.

2.. Under that key, you will find the following sub-keys, among
others:

|-----------------------Block Senders
|-----------------------Rules

You might find this to be a better way.

Can someone please tell me the locations of the 'blocked senders list' and the 'message rules' so that I can add them to the backup drive and not lose them on an XP reinstall.

Thanks in advance.
