Re: 501 Error Message

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Go to Control Panel | Add / Remove Programs | Set Program Access and Defaults and set IE and OE default and see if that fixes it.

In an auto Windows Updates IE 7 was installed, not good, un-installed IE 7,
now in my OE when I want to change the color of the fonts when I write an
e-mail and right click and Fonts I get this message: "An error occured in
this dialog. Error 501
Permission denied."
I just installed the new Windows Auto Updates, minus IE 7 and I still get
this 501 error.
What can I do to fix this problem. Thank you for your time.
