David, in addition to Michael's advice can I suggest you look at these
sites which far surpass anything Microsoft has ever offered in regard to
OE.

I have a problem where Outlook Express complains of being out of memory,
yet I have 2 GB of memory and over 1 Gb of free physical memory. I often
can not reply to post, or even open new windows in IE. Any ideas on this?

Thanks,
David Hettel
