Please read the help file. It tells you how to get the messages back into OE.
It also indicates that there will be a number of false positives, which you can delete.

I know how to resize columns. That's not the problem. Some emails are missing the subject and others missing other headline data. Examle: many have the FROM, TO, SUBJECT and SENT all under the FROM column. It's as though when I dragged and dropped, OE did not parse the headers correctly. Some worked OK. Most have something wrong.
thanks!

When you resize the OE windows, you should be able to resize the columns in the Message Header List the way you desire. Just right click on the Message List bar and select Columns and Add/Remove, resize as desired.

"shank" <shank@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote in message news:eyBQJTr1GHA.4796@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxPretty cool..! Sort of ... I dragged and dropped into my folder, but the columns did not come through correctly. The FROM, SUBJECT and RECEIVED appear to be just one long text row.
thanks!
"Jim Pickering" <jimp@xxxxxxxx> wrote in message news:%23KvHb$q1GHA.4484@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxThe eml files are stored in a folder. Open that folder and resize it to occupy about 1/2 the screen. Open Outlook Express and resize it to occupy the other 1/2 of the screen. Select the messages you desire to copy by highlighting them (using either the Ctrl key while selecting or if all, use Ctrl+A) and then hold down the right hand mouse button and drag/drop them into the message list header of the folder you desire to use to retain them in Outlook Express. I'd suggest you not store them in the Inbox, but use a User created Local Folder you make.

Not sure if this can be answered here...
I've been playing DBXtract and one folder that has gone corrupt. DBXtract extracts emails from DBX into a individual *.eml files. How do I import those back into a DBX folder? Not have much luck with that using the OE import options.
thanks!
