Re: Moving from old pc to new pc - not receiving emails on new pc

I'm sorry, I don't have a clue. You can enable a log file via Tools | Options | Maintenance that might help.

Just to confirm my account is set-up on the new pc - like I said I can send
emails from it to anyone?

I sent an email from new pc to my new pc - and went fine (seen in 'sent
items' folder and nothing showing in 'outbox') with no error messages????

It didn't arrive on the new pc but once I connected my router to my old pc -
it just arrives in the email inbox though????
Very confusing?

Please suggest further help?

Try sending yourself an email and see if you receive it. If not, then what
errors do you get?

If you've downloaded the messages to the old machine, then unless you have
it set to leave the messages on the server, you won't download the same
messages on the new machine.
