I am posting for a friend who has just went from windows 98 to windows
xp home edition . When she receive e-mail through outlook express she
receives every e-mail twice . The second e-mail has the paper clip next
to it like it has an attachment . It does not . She is not using
Hotmail or Msn messenger for e-mail . She receives her e-mail from her
internet provider. the same as I do and I do not have this problem . I
do not understand why this happens to her . Can someone offer some
advice. Thanks Fran

Turn off email scanning in the anti-virus. It doesn't give any less protection with email scanning turned off.
