Hotmail/Outlook Express

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

For some reason I can no longer check my Hotmail using Outlook Express. I
haven't changed any settings and now the login box keeps appearing in OE
asking me to confirm username and password, both of which are correct. The
account works fine using hotmail.com.

Does anyone have any ideas?
