email settings

i have email with verizon.com, which also is with outlook express...
i use the MSN premium software that came along with fiber optics (Verizon)
Just lately.. my inbox on MSN.. is showing up as (null) Inbox-mail.
What is "null".. and how do i get that to just show mail inbox again????
i don't know if there are any settings wrong or what.
any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
