| In the Edit File Type dialog window, under Actions, open should display.

| In the Editing action for file type: Address Book File dialog window, under
| Application used to perform action: it should display, "C:\Program
| Files\Outlook Express\wab.exe" %1.

| Click Cancel for all the open dialog windows and report back. Is any of the
