EDIT: Also another thing to check is to be sure they (the files you are
attempting to insert to your e-mail messages) are set correctly in the file
types area located under tools/folder otions in any Windows Explorer window.
The file type should be *.jpe if I remember correctly, and the file type
should include files with the extension *.jpg and *.jpeg - the capitalization
of the extension should NOT make a difference, as far as I remember, but
please verify that with someone better equipped to answer that specific
question.
