Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices | Sounds. Check the sounds for each action they are set to and see if any of them match that sound. The arrow in front of the Browse button will play the sound.

You know the sound the system makes when you delete a post or empty your
