If you are sending a single message to multiple people, they all get
identical mail, including the TO and CC headers. The only way for one
person to get something different is to send them a different e-mail.

Just send a separate email to that person, include the original text
and the note.

Does anyone know if there is a way to send a note on a copy going to
a bcc recipient, just as you would on a paper copy?
