Re: Receiving Messages When I Open Outlook Express

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Bruce,

I just tried going into Add/Remove Programs and I see nothing in there that
looks like Windows Updates. I have XP Pro. I know on my other computer with
WIN 2000, I do see the updates, but not on this one. Even if they were there,
I'm not sure I'd know how to recognize them. Please provide more instruction
or other alternatives as possible. Thanks.
