Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

If both IE and Foxfire have the same problem, it's not likely a corrupt
IE.

I'd start here:

Use the following newsgroup for questions or problems with IE6
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser

You can also get to the Internet Explorer newsgroups via this web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx
There select Internet Explorer

You posted in the newsgroup for help with the Outlook Express that comes
with IE6.
