Do you have Outlook Express set to go to your Inbox on startup? (Tools/Options/General tab - When starting, go directly to my Inbox)
Do you have this key in your registry and what value is stored there (if any)?
Registry Settings User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\[Identity]\Software\Microsoft\ Outlook Express\5.0] Value Name: FrontPagePath Data Type: REG_SZ (String Value) Value Data: URL or Filename
If not, then you can create it and set it to a default value as outlined in this article:
Windows Registry Guide - Change the Start Page for Outlook Express (All Versions):
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/874/
To restore your original page, insert the following into the value for the string:
res://C:\Program%20Files\Outlook%20Express\msoeres.dll/frntpage.htm
Then check and see if the problem is fixed. If not, you can delete the key and its value if you prefer.

This is what I'm talking about:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/oescript.htm
Is there a better way to fix it ? I was thinking that if OE were considered a 'Trusted Site' then 'Binary and script behaviors' would be Enabled, I have it Disabled for non-trusted sites. It's weird that it even falls under a site.
Thank you, R.
