Much more is made of problems caused by scanning incoming
mail than is justified by the number of messages that get waylaid.
The odds are more heavily in favour of the cause being an OE
user related problem or the loss being down to an anti-spam
programme.
I have some difficulty understanding your degree of confidence
when you say "will not" with regard to ISP scanning. I may be
a sceptic but how can you say that about even the best ISP's
activities.
