no bodys from printouts of emails

I have been trying to print a gift certificate that is rightly
mine from an e-mail, to give as a gift, and although the important
stuff such as the code and who it is from and who it is for is still
there, the middle and bottom of the backgroung is missing. Idk whats
wrong, whatever it is it's because of the pc. I look at the print
preview and it is missing there too. What the hell is up????
